The registration fee includes attendance at sessions, a book of Abstracts, a CD, the welcome reception, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner.

In case of nonappearance, please, inform us before April 15, 2014. After that date, only 100 EUR of the registration fee will be returned.

Visa Requirements

On 21 December 2007 Latvia acceded to the Schengen Agreement. It is advisable that participants, who need a visa, apply for it at the closest Latvian Embassy or Consulate prior to the travel. For information please see website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia: Visiting Latvia. We can to help by forming an Official Invitation needed for receiving a visa.
